1. Who We Are

1800DearGod.com is operated by a Washington state limited liability company. References to "we," "us," or "our" in this policy refer to 1800DearGod.com and its operators.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide and improve the Grace experience:

• Account information — your first name, last name, and email address at signup
• Conversation data — the messages you send to Grace and Grace's responses, stored to provide conversational continuity
• Device identifiers — an anonymous device ID used to maintain your session
• IP address — recorded in standard server logs, and saved with the conversation if a safety alert is triggered (see Section 6)
• Usage data — general usage patterns (session frequency, feature use) to improve the service

We do not collect your phone number, physical address, or payment card details. Payments are processed directly by our payment providers: Stripe on the web, and the Apple App Store or Google Play in the apps, with subscriptions managed through RevenueCat.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and deliver the Grace companion service
• To maintain conversational memory across sessions
• To send service-related communications (subscription confirmations, updates)
• To improve Grace's training and response quality
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not use your information for advertising. We do not sell your data to any third party.

4. Third-Party Services We Use

We work with the following trusted providers to operate the service:

• Anthropic — AI language model powering Grace's responses
• ElevenLabs — voice generation for Grace's spoken responses
• Supabase — secure conversation and user data storage
• Stripe — payment processing (we never see or store your card details)
• GoHighLevel (GHL) — CRM and subscription management
• Apple App Store — in-app purchases on iPhone (Apple handles your payment details)
• Google Play — in-app purchases on Android (Google handles your payment details)
• RevenueCat — manages app subscriptions; receives an app user ID and purchase status, not your conversations

Each provider operates under their own privacy policy and data protection standards. We share only the minimum data necessary for each provider to perform their function.

5. Conversation Data & Retention

Your conversations with Grace are stored to provide memory continuity — so Grace can remember what you've shared across sessions. This is a core part of the companion experience.

• Conversation data is retained while your account is active
• If you cancel your subscription, conversation data is retained for up to 90 days, then deleted
• You may request immediate deletion of your conversation history at any time

We do not share your conversation content with third parties except to run Grace (Anthropic generates Grace's responses) and for safety alerts (see Section 6).

Like most websites, our servers also keep standard access logs that include IP addresses; these are kept for about two months.

6. Safety Alerts

Grace's safety system watches for signs that a child or other people may be at risk of harm. If it triggers a safety alert, we may keep and use any of the information we hold about that account to help protect you or others, including:

• The full conversation, including Grace's replies
• Your IP address
• Your account name and email address
• Your device and session IDs
• The dates and times of your messages
• Other account information we hold, such as your saved memories, plan and subscription status, and any profile details you gave us (like your birthday or preferences)

The alert, including the conversation and your IP address, is sent by email to our safety reviewer, and a record of it is kept in our safety records. We may share this information with law enforcement or emergency services when needed to protect someone, or when the law requires it.

7. Data Security

We take security seriously. Your data is protected by:

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) on all data in transit
• Row-level security on our database — your data is accessible only to your account
• Service role key authentication for all backend database access
• No public access to conversation or user tables

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and conversation data
• Opt out of non-essential communications
• Cancel your subscription at any time

Grace is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Grace after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
