We collect only what is necessary to provide and improve the Grace experience:

- Conversation data — the messages you send to Grace and Grace's responses, stored to provide conversational continuity
- Device identifiers — an anonymous device ID used to maintain your session
- Usage data — general usage patterns (session frequency, feature use) to improve the service
We do not collect your phone number, physical address, or payment card details. Payment is processed by Stripe directly.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To operate and deliver the Grace companion service
- To maintain conversational memory across sessions
- To send service-related communications (subscription confirmations, updates)
- To improve Grace's training and response quality
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not use your information for advertising. We do not sell your data to any third party.
4. Third-Party Services We Use
We work with the following trusted providers to operate the service:
- Anthropic — AI language model powering Grace's responses
- ElevenLabs — voice generation for Grace's spoken responses
- Supabase — secure conversation and user data storage
- Stripe — payment processing (we never see or store your card details)
- GoHighLevel (GHL) — CRM and subscription management
Each provider operates under their own privacy policy and data protection standards. We share only the minimum data necessary for each provider to perform their function.
5. Conversation Data & Retention
Your conversations with Grace are stored to provide memory continuity — so Grace can remember what you've shared across sessions. This is a core part of the companion experience.
- Conversation data is retained while your account is active
- If you cancel your subscription, conversation data is retained for up to 90 days, then deleted
- You may request immediate deletion of your conversation history at any time
We do not share your conversation content with third parties for any purpose other than AI processing through Anthropic to generate Grace's responses.
6. Data Security
We take security seriously. Your data is protected by:
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) on all data in transit
- Row-level security on our database — your data is accessible only to your account
- Service role key authentication for all backend database access
- No public access to conversation or user tables

7. Your Rights & Choices
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account and conversation data

8. California Residents — CCPA Notice
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with additional rights regarding your personal information.
Categories of personal information collected: Identifiers (name, email, device ID); Internet or electronic network activity (usage data, conversation data); Commercial information (subscription status).
Purpose of collection: To operate the Grace companion service, process payments, and improve the service.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your CCPA rights include: the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete your personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.

9. Children's Privacy
