What happens when you cancel
- You keep full access through the end of your current billing period — no cutoff at cancellation.
- Grace remembers you for 90 days. If you come back within 90 days, your memory picks up right where it left off.
- No charge after cancellation. Your card will not be billed again.
- Your account stays open. Cancelling stops billing — it does not delete your account. Grace is still available on the free tier.

Send a cancellation request to support@1800deargod.com. Include the email address on your Grace account so we can find it quickly.

We cancel within one business day
You will receive a confirmation email once your subscription has been cancelled. No more charges after that.

Access continues through your billing period
You keep everything you paid for through the end of your current period. Grace does not cut off access at the moment you cancel.
