A free tier is available — no account or credit card required. Free conversations are limited but enough to experience Grace before committing to a subscription. See the pricing page for current offers.
- Billing date. Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month (or year for annual plans) from the date you first subscribed.
- Payment processing. Payments are processed securely through GoHighLevel (GHL). We never store your full card number. You will receive a receipt by email after each charge.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. If the payment cannot be collected, your account will be downgraded to the free tier until payment is resolved.
- Price changes. If we change subscription pricing, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance by email. Your rate will not change mid-billing period.
- Currency. All prices are in US dollars (USD).
You can cancel your subscription at any time — no questions asked, no cancellation fee.
- Access after cancellation. When you cancel, you keep full access through the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after that.
- Memory after cancellation. Grace's memory of your conversations is retained for 90 days after cancellation. If you resubscribe within 90 days, your memory picks up where it left off. After 90 days, memory data is permanently deleted.
- How to cancel. Visit our cancellation page to submit your request. We cancel within one business day and send confirmation by email.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-month, you retain access through the end of that month but will not receive a prorated refund. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis — email us if you have a question.
Voice packs are available as one-time add-ons for Grace Premium subscribers:
- Voice Pack 60 — $5.99 for 60 minutes of Grace's voice
- Voice Pack 120 — $9.99 for 120 minutes of Grace's voice
Voice pack minutes do not expire while your subscription is active. Voice packs are non-refundable once purchased.
The free tier allows you to have a real conversation with Grace without creating an account. Free conversations are limited in length and number. Grace does not retain memory between free conversations — each one starts fresh.
Free tier access may be adjusted at any time. We will not charge you for free tier use without your explicit consent to upgrade.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. In cases of serious violation — including content involving the safety of children — accounts will be terminated immediately with no refund.
